Our Mission
Career guidance has always been expensive, gatekept by expensive coaches or limited to people lucky enough to have the right network. We built Fynzz to change that.
Whether you are a sales executive looking to break into product management, a teacher wanting to transition into UX design, or a recent graduate trying to understand what skills to build for an AI engineering role — Fynzz gives you an honest, data-driven picture of where you stand and a concrete month-by-month roadmap to get there.
What We Do
Fynzz provides four free tools for job seekers:
- AI Skill Gap Analysis — Upload your resume and pick a target role. Our AI analyzes the gap between your current skills and what the role actually demands, then maps which of your existing skills transfer and which you still need to build.
- Career Roadmap Generator — Based on your skill gap, we generate a personalized month-by-month learning plan with free resources, portfolio project ideas, and certifications that will move the needle for your specific target role.
- Free Resume Builder — Build a professional, ATS-optimized resume with 144+ templates. Export a clean PDF, customize fonts and layout, and get an ATS compatibility score as you write.
- ATS Resume Checker — Score your resume 0–100 for applicant tracking system readiness. Test parse compatibility against Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, and Oracle Taleo, and match your resume keywords against any job description — no sign-up required.
Who We Are
Fynzz is an independent project focused on making quality career tools accessible to everyone. We are a small team that believes in building simple, honest, effective tools — no dark patterns, no hidden costs, no selling your data.
The service is currently free. We fund development through non-intrusive display advertising via Google AdSense.
Our Principles
- Free by default. Every core feature is free. We do not lock results behind a paywall after you have already done the work.
- Honest AI. We are transparent about how AI is used and which parts are AI-generated estimates versus hard data.
- Privacy first. We do not sell your data or build advertising profiles. Your resume content is sent to OpenAI for analysis and is not retained beyond the session. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
- Accessible to all. The ATS checker works without an account. The skill gap analyzer and resume builder require a free account to save your progress and keep your resume data secure.
